Battery life to get a whole lot better in 2008

Researchers from Stanford University have made a breakthrough in the design of Li-ion batteries which looks set to drastically increase the period between charges for a typical mobile device from a week to up to two months!
The breakthrough comes from nano technology that allows the battery to store ten times more power than previously possible through the use of expandable nanotechnology wires one-thousandth the thickness of a paper sheet.
